Vegetarian cuisine will be what you are offered to taste at this restaurant. You can share perfectly cooked sambar, bhaji and vada with your friends and have a nice time here. At Dwaraka Tiffins, guests may try good pancakes.

Usually the place is fine.. Other than a mild neatness issue, that was always there. But recently, I ordered a single idli, single wada at the place. The lady LAKSHMI, who gives out parcels at the counter outside the tiffin centre, with her street side attitude, packed the wrong parcel for me. Apparently, they don’t have a coupon for single idli, single wada. So, I mentioned specifically as the owner said to mention it. The lady absent mindedly packed 3 idlis. I was taking the parcel for somebody else , so I took it back and confronted the lady. Instead of admitting that she was wrong, she starts saying that’s what’s on the coupon. The owner started calling her but the lady says she won’t go.. “She will go later”, she says. A random customer gets involved (coz they do in India) and says “ichheyachu kada amma” (“You can pack the needful right amma”) .. Then, batti jali moment, she does it reluctantly. After all this, I return and she packs a chipped off idli. Had to throw it out and serve only wada. This is “Dwaraka - service”. How can a woman do that while packing a parcel ?! Whether it was INTENTIONAL on Lakshmi’s part, to chip it off under the table, is my question to the owner It’s a shame, coz the food is not that bad. We get it !! It’s no five star hotel but that doesn’t mean, they pack chipped off idlis and blame the customer for taking a parcel that’s not on their coupons. That also doesn’t mean, we are okay with misbehaving rowdy ladies acting like they are our boss. Basic etiquettes are necessary, whether it’s 5 star or street style. The woman doesn’t listen to the owner when he calls out. Such disobedience.!!! Why hire and enable such staff ?! Dwaraka Tiffins is Located on the Main Road of Vidyanagar, Here Morning Tiffins and evening Snacks are served. Had Masala Dosa worth 35₹ Rating : 4/5 Taste is all about chutney here.
