Himayathnagar branch, inspite of this Bikanervala being in existence for few years and being centrally located, it fails to serve fresh food they carry over the display counters. Staff is always adamant that the food is fresh. I have noticed stale food on multiple occasions like be it Rasgullas or pastries or many other things they display. The ordered food is another failing attempt. Having unlimited items on the menu and unable to keep up the taste. Incase you really have to eat here, try something commonly ordered, don't try anything you don't see on other tables. The way the tasteless/ burnt / overcooked/ stale food gets replied/dealt by staff/ incharge is a shocker, further making the experience unforgettable. Banajara Hills is way above the mark.
