One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food quality at Dumpling Hood is absolutely third-class — stale, tasteless, and nowhere close to what’s shown or described. The flavors are completely off, and it feels like no effort is made in hygiene or preparation. What makes it worse is the behavior of the owner. Instead of accepting genuine customer feedback or offering a simple replacement, the owner argues and misbehaves in a very disrespectful manner. This kind of attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable in the hospitality business. A sincere warning to everyone — if you value your money, your time, and basic respect, avoid this place entirely. Visiting Dumpling Hood is nothing short of wasting your money and walking away disappointed. There are far better and more professional options around Electronic City. Awesome food. Finally found a pure veg place in Ecity where we got all our favourites. We tried Momos, burger, noodles, wrap. Everything was awesome and made with whole wheat flour. Must visit place.
