The serving staff were courteous, attentive, and displayed good customer service throughout my visit. However, my experience at the billing counter was disappointing. The person handling the billing was rude and dismissive in his communication, he responded very rudely to a generic question which created an unpleasant end to an otherwise positive experience. Despite being a regular customer of Beijing Bites and always appreciating your food quality, this experience was unpleasant.
