The staff isn’t in interested in serving. I entered for the lunch buffet post inquirijg at he hotel., the only guided to the area. Food wasnt ready at 12:00 pm. And at the tile pf payment, they said that visitors arent

Food is absolutely below average in all terms . High mismatch with Narayani Heights brand image. Food is detoriating dat by day. Salad was cut hours and hours before,even when changed it was terrible. Dal ,kofta ordered was not at all up to any standard. They took 30 mins to serve tomato shorba, service was also delayed. There were days years back when food was too good there. Not at all recommended for food in any aspect. We started with the refreshing Lemon Coriander Soup, followed by the flavorful Dal Tadka and Roti. However, the real stars were the Missi Roti and Laccha Paratha, which were impeccably prepared and added a delightful twist to the meal.
