This hotel was an utter disappointment from the moment we stepped inside. The room was disgustingly dirty, with stained bedding, sticky floors, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The staff were completely unhelpful and seemed annoyed by any request we made. At check out time they argue for extra money and makes scenario in front of all. Avoid this place at all costs - it's a complete waste of money and a truly terrible experience." Service: 1

Had meals on the way to Kumarakom from Kottayam. Very good food and staff. Highly recommended to try this place. Wash area is somewhat open and visible while eating. Find a place where it is not directly visible. Also the wash sink is very high and not convenient. Otherwise, everything else is perfect. Service: 5
