The first time experience felt well enough when I went there in 2023, after that the quality of food has degraded a bit considering the price. The second time, the food was just not upto the mark, also I needed to use the loo which was not at all clean and well-maintained, it was horrible!!! When I ordered food online, I didn't find the food at all satisfactory. I would rather suggest to go for dine-in than order online. I had the most satisfying authentic South Indian food in the restaurants of Chennai, so obviously my expectations were high but still, Ds Dosa Factory, Silchar is good for one-time experience.
