Many people visit this restaurant to try good chicken curry, biryani and butter chicken. The pleasant staff welcomes people all year round. Service at AS 11 Dhaba is something one can call fine. The modern decor and quiet atmosphere let guests feel relaxed here. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

Most third class restaurant, I had ever visited. Found worms in my aunt's platter during Durga Puja. I reported the issue to the authoritarian, and she was like " Sorry, you don't need to pay anything at all " but what about our health? If a restaurant in the middle of Silchar town is serving worms rather than authentic and fresh food, then our hygiene is at a huge risk, and we guyss should avoid going to these kind of restaurants. Human error is considerable, but not when it costs us our life. What would be the repercussions, if the platter's are served with lizards? Edit: In response to the owner's comment, Nobody would do these kind of things deliberately, that's why I mentioned specifically " HUMAN ERROR ". And if someone has mentioned about doing the same deliberately, then he is an oxymoron at the first place, and I don't take responsibility of anything said by anyone other than me. And considering the apology, I have accepted your apology but when it's about the health and hygiene of my family I don't take risks, like going back to a white coat who does malpractices, and a restaurant which mishandles the food. See I am no negater but we would never even think about visiting this restaurant again. And we were not seated in the outdoor area at our own, it was arranged that way all by AS 11 Dhaba, and talking about the time when biggest crowd of the year is seen, I would say either take full and proper responsibility of everything arranged by you or don't arrange anything at all. The worm was deep inside the heap of biryani, so most probably it made it's way from the kitchen itself. # MISHANDLING OF FOOD Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hello, we profusely apologize for the unfortunate dining experience youve had with us. This incident happened back in Durga Puja when you were seated in the "outdoor" sitting area, that too at a time when the biggest crowd of the year is seen ,therefore the incident is in most likelihood due to an external source and is not reflective of hygiene standards which we strictly adhere to. Still we compensated you for the same keeping in line with our commitment to customers and had sorted the matter on the spot. We take a firm commitment to attain near zero oversights and human errors, we understand the event was not a pleasant experience on your end and we apologize for the same again but we maintain that the false accusation thrown at us that you were deliberately served that is baseless. Please give us a chance to host you and your family again and we shall assure you leave with a smile on your faces
