Drunken Detective: A Culinary Mystery I'd Rather Not Solve. My recent visit to Drunken Detective was, unfortunately, a disappointing one. While the concept might sound intriguing, the execution, particularly concerning the food, left much to be desired. We started with the Dahi ke Kebab, and frankly, they were a disaster – sticky and unpleasant, adhering to the mouth in a way that made them difficult to enjoy. The Garlic Noodles fared no better; they were overwhelmingly spicy with no discernible garlic flavor or any other nuanced taste. The dal was, at best, average – perfectly forgettable. However, all of these could have been overlooked if not for the truly unforgivable laccha parantha. It arrived completely undercooked and doughy, a fundamental flaw that's hard to comprehend. How a restaurant can mess up such a basic Indian bread is beyond me. To top it off, their own staff actually advised us not to order the Thai curry, which speaks volumes about their confidence in their own menu. Overall, the experience at Drunken Detective was far from good. With poor food quality and such basic errors, I won't be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
