Nicely cooked vegetarian sandwiches, Bbq pizza and falafels have a pleasant taste. This place offers tasty chocolate cakes, tiramisu and biscuits. I recently visited The Reader's Cafe, hoping for a pleasant experience, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. I ordered a coffee, which, unfortunately, had a fly in it. Mistakes happen, but what made it worse was the rude attitude of both the service boy and the kitchen staff. They refused to accept responsibility for the issue and were dismissive of my concerns. A cafe should provide both a comfortable atmosphere and courteous service, but this experience was far from welcoming. While the cafe’s ambiance is nice, the staff’s lack of professionalism and respect left a negative impression. I hope management takes steps to improve the customer experience here.
