I never mentioned to make my burrito spicy I always prefer only two sauce which are hulk and death but it's never that much spicy even if I dine in. today the burrito was so much spicy that I was not able to eat it and I threw it.

Pathetically run service. Your brand tries to wear the "fresh, fast-casual" badge, but your operational reality is a joke.. Took over 30 minutes just to place one single order, and not because it was crowded, but because there's no system. Just a line. A literal line. Like a langar, but without the soul, the intent, or the dignity. Food? Tastes like any average laury meal you could get for a third of the price. Absolutely nothing justifies the cost, not the flavor, not the experience, and definitely not the wait. This place is built on operational laziness. No tech, no structure, no flow. In 2025, why should anyone queue up like it's a 90's hostel canteen? Never again. This place disrespects time, money, and common sense.
