The food tasted great, but the service was extremely disappointing. We initially ordered a few items, which arrived on time, but when we ordered a pizza, it took 40-45 minutes to arrive. Despite the delay, the staff refused to acknowledge that the order was late. After waiting 15-20 minutes, we reminded them about our pizza order, and only then did they enter the details into their system. They insisted that our order wasn't delayed, even though we clearly stated when we had placed the order and suggested they check the camera footage for confirmation. In the end, they stuck to their claim that we ordered late, but they were unable to provide the footage to prove it. This experience was incredibly frustrating, as it felt like they didn't trust their customers and didn't value our time.
