Hi Shalvii,It seems that you had disappointing experience at Doolally. A 3-star rating means we clearly have dropped the ball.If it's not much hassle could you tell us at what time did you visit taproom? This will help us figure out what went wrong. Just to clarify, we do allow children to dine-in as long as they are accompanied by their parent. Only unaccompanied guests under 21 are not permitted inside our taproom due to safety and licensing rules.We’re truly sorry if this wasn’t communicated properly during your visit, and if any staff came across as rude while explaining the policy. At what time did you visit the taproom? Was your order delayed, mixed up or did the steward give incorrect info?If you can recollect the name of the steward who attended your table, that would help a lot, our stewards wear name tags, so it should be easy to identify them.
