Extremely Poor Service and Delays at Domino's I placed an order via Zomato for Domino's on 31st December 2024 at 8:50 PM. The app showed a slight delay of 38 minutes. After 30 minutes, I called Domino's, and they said the food was with the delivery boy and would be delivered in 10 minutes. However, after another 15 minutes, I was told the same thing. When I spoke directly to the delivery boy, he mentioned that they had only just handed over the food to him, meaning it hadn't even been prepared yet. Despite this, I was still told it was on its way, but my food didn’t arrive until 10:20 PM—more than an hour after the original order. To make matters worse, the food was no longer warm. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The food was delayed, poorly communicated, and arrived cold. I would not recommend this Domino's location for delivery.
