Hi, We ordered a pizza and it was completely dry and not worth the money at all. After complaining, your team promised to replace it the next day without needing a return — but we got nothing. Since then, you’ve been ignoring our calls. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. If you can’t keep your word, don’t make false promises. Either deliver the replacement immediately or refund our money. Don’t test our patience any further. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1

Ordered two pizzas and sides. Normal pizza was ok but the cheese burst - costlier option got delivered in the way as shown in the image . The delivery partner was also rude when called over- scheduled an order for 7-730 but got the order at 640 pm.. Zomato takes order on schedule but doesn't communicate to Dominos .. Worst experience Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1

No AC working in outlet even in hot summer. No cleanliness in restaurant. It looks like a bus stand tea shop. Dominos should take action against them for serving customers like this.
