Poor service and Customer support. The staff is very rude and impolite with zero accountability. I ordered at 6:18 pm and my order got delivered at 9 pm and they are not ready to accept fault on their side. The seal of the packaging was tampered and send normal coke in place of Coke zero without any prior notice and denied the refund. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Service: 1

This Domino's is located inside Vijaya Mall. There is no space here. There are only two to three tables to sit and eat. if more people come here to eat, they will not even get a place to sits .But you will still feel suffocated while eating sitting down because there is no space here. If you want to eat sitting down, you would prefer to take it home or go out to eat. You can't eat sitting down here. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

Terrible experience. I went to the store at 10:00 pm, well before their closing time of 11:00 pm, but they refused to take my order offline and told me to order online with takeaway. Even after doing that, they delayed my order and served many other customers who came after me. To make things worse, when I finally got my pizza, it was half-baked — the crust was doughy, and the cheese wasn’t even properly melted. Absolutely unacceptable from a brand like Domino’s. Poor service, bad management, and no quality control. Not worth my time or money. Extremely poor management and customer handling. Definitely not coming back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
