Food was good so also location-However in this cold season while checking in late Hot water was required for personal use which was sadly lacking-ROOM service was excellent Service: 4

No hot water is provided even after frequent requests Rooms are dirty Laundry is not cleaned Towels supplied are having spots and hairs No breakfast is provided If even booked or hopeless items are supplied. Think before booking I hv booked through Yorker Service: 1
