Had a very bad experience from Dominos Today I ordered through dominos app and they have accepted the ordered and I was waiting for the order and they cancelled at last minute, if the outlet have any difficulties taking delivery they could have cancelled at the earliest before accepting the order, cancelling at the last moment is very unprofessional from a brand like domino's, I ordered at 21.47 March 3 rd 2026 and the order was cancelled after waiting for a certain time my order number is #126, I am raising this issue here because earlier also I have faced this issue with this particular outlet few days before on where I ordered from this outlet on that day also they cancelled the order and called me to raise the issue regarding time and said there's a 1.5 hours delay and I asked whether they could deliver the same order 1.5 hours later and I said I can wait but they sited a reason on traffic delay on that day which I respected their reason on which they aren't delivering and after hearing this on the same time on the same day I ordered at a delivery location exactly 200 meters away from my home where the delivery was done by the dominos outlet from MG road, that outlet didn't raise any issues and they delivered before the timer of 45 minutes and the location was only 200 meters away from my house,if any certain outlet can't take delivery orders due to certain reasons they should inform the reasons to their management rather than making the customers wait without any information, Dominos should look up to this issue and kindly request the management to take this issue into consideration for the customers and value their time Service: 1

First of all there is one staff is avilable in Kitchen, and no AC- complementary steam bath available for all the customers. No spoon( for rice bowl) no tissue will be provided unless on request. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600
