Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience I ordered pizza from Domino’s Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram through Swiggy, and this was one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever faced. To begin with, the order was delayed by almost 1.5 hours. There was no proper update or proactive communication regarding the delay. When the pizza finally arrived, it was completely cold — not mildly warm, but genuinely cold and unpleasant to eat. This clearly indicates either extremely poor time management or negligence in handling the food. However, the most disturbing part of this experience was the behavior of the delivery executive, Mr. Salmanul Faris. Without my consent, he snatched my phone and rated the order 5 stars himself. This is absolutely unacceptable and unethical. Customer ratings are meant to reflect genuine feedback, not to be manipulated by delivery personnel. Such behavior of Mr. Salmanul Faris is intimidating and crosses professional boundaries. When I contacted the Domino’s Palayam store to report the issue, they apologized but failed to take meaningful responsibility. I requested the manager’s contact number, and I was told it would be shared via WhatsApp. Instead, the call was abruptly disconnected, and no number was sent Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
