The mojitos they offer online were not worthy for Rs. 110. the quantity and quality was not up to mark and the packing they delivered was not satisfying, once i got the delivery i noticed the packing the product with paper cover and was leaking from the bottle..not satisfied with Burger Lounge.and i give you only 1 Star rating for your service.

triple patty burger was big and very untasty..the friend egg was a sliver of fried egg white. choc milkshake tasted like blended cardboard

I experienced poor service and an unprofessional attitude during my visit, which is disappointing for a brand of this stature. In contrast, the service at your Kollam outlet was excellent. I would not recommend this outlet to my network. It would be advisable to have at least one local staff member who can effectively address customer queries. Service: 1
