I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with Domino's. Despite their advertised 30-minute delivery guarantee, my order took over an hour to arrive. What's worse is that when I politely asked the delivery person about the delay, I was met with rude behavior and a demand for full payment. No apology, no explanation, just a blatant disregard for their own policy. The lack of accountability and customer service skills is appalling. Domino's, you need to work on your delivery timelines and train your staff to be more courteous and respectful. Service: 1

Really disappointed with the service. Ordered Domino's and it took over an hour to deliver. Even worse, no one picked up the phone when I tried to call all the numbers were out of service , and not a single agent reached out to give an update. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. If you can't deliver on time, at least communicate with customer Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Delivery service is terrible. I’ve ordered multiple times and each time without fail the deliverer fails to reach my location despite giving multiple instructions. This is not a location issue as everyone else seems to find it perfectly. Feedback system is completely broken and requires phone calls? Why can my feedback not be given through their app/email?
