JB Nagar newly opened outlet, Horrible service, just for two small pizzas it took 1 hour 20 mins at a distance of 800 metres to deliver to sahar ware house, to top it off the delivery guy says there is traffic, upon calling the customer care executive at the dominos, person over there says the order is delayed because it's a bulk order, upon calling again after few minutes to check on the order the other person at the phone says the bike rider is confused that's why the delay, hence the pizza arrives stone cold. Upon receiving the pizza the delivery Guy Mr. TARKESH said that he was handed over the pizza late from the outlet. So whos lying lying here, and it says pizza is delivered free if not received within half an hour. Dont need your free pizza dont blame on the delivery guys and make them rush on the bikes. Sir, please don't lie when there is a bulk order please call up the customer and tell them it will take time and not giving 10 different excuses, there is traffic, driver is confused etc etc. Don't lie dont waste customers time. If you cant deliver on time please have the Courtsey to call and say it will take 2 hours or three or four hours if you want but dont lie. Service: Delivery Service: 1
