I’m a real fan for Poptates food, drinks, service and the ambience. I usually visit the one located at Sakinaka and decided to visit the one at Times Square as it was newly opened and had so many reviews for it being the largest outlet in India. To my dismay I had a really terrible experience. I ordered for a couple of LIIT’s- Mandarin, Mandarin Passion and Mandarin Sunset (Mandarin being my usual order). All were either too bitter or sour. When highlighted to the manager- Saroj Naidu he said he’ll have it taken care of, took the drinks away added a ton of sugar syrup to make the drinks sweet and claimed it to be his own special recipe. The drinks were not even close to what it usually is when we order it at Poptates Sakinaka branch. The staff had no knowledge about the dishes or drinks we wanted to try. They were all gathered at one corner not being bothered about the service we literally had to wait for so long to have someone’s attention for every time we needed to either order or complain. The guys working at Poptates Times Square were just all standing in groups. At a point I seen them standing besides their manager Mr. Naidu and neither did he bother to ask them to pay attention and move around to check if any guest needed anything. We had to literally move from that branch and we came back to our usual Poptates Sakinaka branch. The boys working at Poptates Sakinaka branch are really attentive, knowledgeable and are helpful. They literally care for their customers and make sure to give their 1000% unlike the Poptates staff at Times Square. I have left another review for Poptates Sakinaka branch on their review page on Google. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
