I have been a long-time and frequent visiter to the mall roadll outlet but my recent visit was very disappointing and unsatisfactory. The behaviour of the staff was very rude and very unfriendly attitude. They didn't knew how to talk to customers. The tables were extremely dirty and even after constant request they were not cleaned. Also the order took too much time to get delivered, almost an hour. Even if they are having online orders it doesn't mean that they could neglect and disrespect the time of the people who are physically visiting the outlet. Dominos should remember that it's reputation is not build by online orders but initial physical visits and good word of mouth. This kind of behaviour was not at all expected nor accepted. So I would not at all recommend to go here. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Have ordered pizza but the behaviour at counter was very unprofessional, pathetic environment, staff bulling each other on a very high pitch , asked 5 times to clean the table , ordered pape panner but they wrongly made farmhouse already waited for 30 minutes but now they are saying have to wait till pape paneer will be prepared overall very pathetic experience.must correct this .
