I ordered pizza from the app but it was delivered to me after 30 minutes but they still refused to give me free fizza.Even after this, they accepted the payment, unauthorizedly. They provided their own scanner and processed it, and they haven't even updated the order status. They haven't shown it as delivered or canceled; the status is still in the "awaited" state. And I have filed a complaint on the Domino's app, but that complaint request goes to the manager and the manager is neither calling me back nor responding to it. Service: 1
