Without asking me add service charge in bill this is not good .. please look into this matter ...sir..why should I check what I eat that bill u have to make with gst charges that I understand...without informing me you can't add service charge.... Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Service: 1

Sir, service tax is optional. We never ask or force customers to pay it. And we are charging taxes according to government guidelines only. And no restaurant asks customers personally whether they want to pay service tax or not. As bill are Auto generated with taxes included in it. We have clearly mentioned that service tax is optional you should have checked it yourself. Customers definitely go through the bill before paying it. You should have checked yours too. It is your duty to cross check the bill and inform us in case of any issues. You later checked it and asked for the service tax removal from bill and for the refund, and we have already refunded the service tax amount. We have solved your issue by removing the service tax.
