Have ordered in the past and it was fine However my latest order -Store number doesn't work, delivery timings gets stuck at 21 and then 13 and same auto resolution. I only hope the food is hot and fresh. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 3 Service: 1

This Domino's Pizza outlet is not good. I ordered food through Zomato, but the delivery was heavily delayed because they used their own delivery service. When I called to ask about the delay, they said there was no staff available at the restaurant, which caused the delay. The staff also behaved rudely on the phone. The pizza was delivered cold. I would not recommend ordering from this outlet, as they clearly do not have enough staff to manage orders properly. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1

Worst delivery service.. Ordered Online and waited for 20 mins. After that they contacted me and asked for OTP and in a few seconds the app showed delivery partner arrived at my location . after 5 mins and no sign of delivery guy i called them and then they were telling there is no enough delivery boys so it will take 20mins more. if you havent reached the location then for what reason you collected OTP and marked as reached location. Pathetic fraudlent activity ... Worst Store. I had also heard the same from a dominos ex employee that they are doing this to disqualify 30 mins delivery quarantee .
