Your booking was made for 6 rooms, but 28 guests arrived for check-in. This created a situation far beyond the standard capacity for the number of rooms reserved, and required significant last-minute coordination from our team to ensure everyone could be accommodated as comfortably as possible. Additionally, several guests in your group were unwilling to provide valid ID cards, which is a mandatory government requirement for all hotel stays. Our front office staff were simply following legal protocols and trying to manage a complex check-in situation in a calm and professional manner, under challenging circumstances. Despite the unexpected guest count and non-compliance with ID requirements, our team made every effort to assist—only charging for a few additional persons, while offering complimentary accommodation to the remaining guests as a gesture of goodwill. We apologize if any part of this process came across as unfriendly, but please understand that our team was trying to balance hospitality with compliance and guest safety.
