EDIT: Domino's representative continuously followed up on my concern, sincerely apologized and ensured a replacement is provided. Domino's turned around the table, so I acknowledge their efforts & value their willingness to correct their mistakes. Kudos team! ORIGINAL POST: Placed a home delivery order! Pathetic experience with this outlet. • Order arrived after their assured service guarantee (30 minutes) timeline. Though Domino's system marked the order 'Delivered', right before the 30th minute, to avoid ₹200 refund claim. Contacted store but conversation yielded nothing fruitful as their representative wasn't even ready to accept the premise of late delivery, forget honouring refund claims. • After a few minutes, opened package to find out that the pizza box was toppled. The food was ruined in transit because it was handled improperly. All the toppings, which should've been layered on top of the crust & sauce, slid to one side of the box. Twice tried to contact store for replacement, but outlet just didn't bother to even receive the call. I am so done with Domino's Pizza, or atleast this Chas outlet. I had ordered three pizzas, but due to unavoidable personal reasons, our plan changed. I hadn’t made any payment yet, and I immediately tried contacting the store multiple times to inform them, but there was no response. I even spoke to the delivery partner, who politely told me to keep trying the store as he couldn’t help. After all this, the store finally called but instead of listening, the manager shouted at me, blamed me entirely for food wastage, and behaved in a very aggressive and disrespectful manner. I tried explaining that I had no intention to waste food and had genuinely tried to contact them, but he didn’t let me speak at all. Sadly, this isn’t an isolated incident, I've faced similarly aggressive and rude behavior from Domino’s staff in West Bengal as well. Such unprofessional conduct from customer-facing staff is unacceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Delivery
