This is the worst hotel I have been to in my entire life. I wish google would have given us an option to put 0 rating. We booked this place for our parents anniversary where we paid for banquet hall, food and other services. All the food served was cold. In their buffet, the chafing dish was kept without the burner to keep food warm. So all our money on starters and main course was a waste. Few of our guests had to leave without having dessert because they were too late in bringing that. The staff were very indescent and didn't know how to serve food. One waiter literally started serving the icecream using his palm. Not only this, when the food was over from the chafing dish, they took forever to refill it. Since one of the close family member had a 5 months old baby, the room was also provided for feeding purposes. However while the mother was feeding the baby, two men entered the room. When asked, they mentioned that they were the guests to whom the keys was provided by the reception. "Monica" who is the owner of the hotel, she never accepted these above fault and was justifying all of these points. She even told that, " Didn't you guys enjoy even the food was cold". She is the most insensitive lady who being a lady didn't even understand privacy. Please don't book that hotel for any parties if you really want to enjoy the day. Service: 1
