We ordered cheesy fries and Birmingham paneer, we didn’t get the food for 25+ minutes on a weekday when they are empty, the staff kept us waiting, plus the food was so average, a restaurant near my house gives better food than these people, my bill was 1439 all that was not even worth 400 bucks to be honest, extremely angry will never visit again

We came with my family for my parents wedding anniversary, the music was blaring on our head and after requesting the manager to reduce the volume nothing was done, we ordered starters and they took over 30 minutes to serve and was extremely disappointing. On the topic of the music when we complained the manager said " we reduced it for you, if you cant deal with it, thats your problem " And when we complained about the wait time he said " any restaurant takes as long ". And when my wife told him what kind of hospitality is this the manager said " if you cant pay the bill, i will pay it for you, this i my hospitality for you". The man is an absolutely atrocious human being with no manners at all. I never bother writing a review but people like this do not deserve respite or even deserve to be in the hospitality business. I hope the owners of dobaraa read this because after interacting with this man no one is coming "dobaraa "to your restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner
