Dishaayen literally means "Directions," and the restaurant lives up to it perfectly! They serve a delectably diverse platter featuring authentic dishes from the North, South, East, and West of India. I can say it is standout destination for pure veg lovers. If I could give the taste more than 5 stars, I would honestly give 10 out of 5! The food is exceptionally flavorful and authentic. And the real showstopper here is the Filter Coffee. It is just wow, wow, wow! Seriously, don’t leave without trying it. Apart from the food the aesthetics of this place are spot on. I loved how the colors of the dining area and the plates are perfectly matched. It creates such a cohesive and premium feel that makes the meal even more enjoyable. It can get a bit noisy near kitchen area and at the entrance , also there has a little room for improvement of staffs serving the food-for instance, my filter coffee was slightly spilled when it arrived. But honestly! When the food is this good and the vibe is this beautiful, those things become minor footnotes. This is easily one of the best spots in Ranchi. Highly recommended for Vegetarian people! Dishaayen Pure Veg is a hidden gem in Ranchi for lovers of authentic vegetarian cuisine. From the moment we walked in, the service stood out — warm, prompt, and extremely courteous. The staff went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of, making us feel genuinely welcomed. Now, the food — absolutely delicious! The dosa was crisp and perfectly golden, with just the right amount of spice in the masala. It came with fresh, flavorful chutneys and piping hot sambar that reminded me of the best of South Indian kitchens. The jalebi was a real treat — freshly made, crisp on the outside, and juicy inside without being overly sweet. It’s the kind of dessert that makes you order a second round without guilt! And don’t leave without trying their filter coffee. Rich, strong, and aromatic — just the way it should be. It’s the perfect way to wrap up the meal. Highly recommended for families, foodies, and anyone craving genuine hospitality and delicious vegetarian fare. Dishaayen is raising the bar for pure veg dining in Ranchi.
