Everything was good, but a consistent problem is the open smoking so close to the tables. If i am not smoking, then why should i breathe the smoked air? The tables are literally a step away from the smoking area. It cant be called a separate area, the manager was rude when told about the problem. Thats the only issue i have ever faced at zoi, but it truly ruins the experience for the customer.

Was made to feel utterly unwelcome. At first, I was stopped at the entrance and made to wait to mark my entry. Then, they look at the mineral water bottle I'm carrying and say it isn't allowed inside. Weird and unwelcoming. Not coming back here.
