I was disappointed with the chicken biryani and kuska we ordered today, as the quality was below average. Thalapakatti is known for its consistent taste across locations, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards. Specifically, the Ulundurpettai biryani was not made with jeeragasamba rice, and the gulab jamun was rubbery. Given the premium pricing, I expected a better experience."
