Taste wise as expected Ambur Briyani flavour what disappointing is they now reduced the quantity of briyani and pieces, for one mutton briyani they will give 5-6 pieces before now they strictly reduced the quantity. When enquired they say only 2 bone piece qnd 1 small boneless for a plate which not even justify the price 330. I strongly feel they now started to follow strategy of thalapakatti and if they go by this what ever reputation you got going to spoil sooner. I don’t know whether this franchise is doing like this or entire Ambur star chain started to follow this. Excellent Mutton biryani that we never had before and the pieces were so tendering.we loved the taste very very much.i recommend Ulunthoorpet Star biriyani as a " come- again " place for the biriyani lovers.After all good service by Krishna Murthy.
