chicken kothu porotta was not at all prepared well. it is the worst one I ever had. They just cut the porotta into 2-3 pieces and kept it without even adding sufficient chicken pieces

This afternoon, I ordered food from Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant - No.710, Varthur Main Road, Thubarahalli, Whitefield branch. Having waited almost 90 minutes plus for food, I called the restaurant to find out the status. The staff told me that the delivery boy had canceled the order. I was shocked and angry given the amount of time I had waited. I asked to speak with the manager, but the staff refused to put me through. It's evident the Whitefield branch is over all controlled & administered by the delivery boys. I don't recommend ordering food online from this restaurant. It was decided that I would not order food from that restaurant branch again and that I would spread the message to my family and friends. This unacceptable behavior needs to be addressed so that customers don't suffer from poor customer service and management. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Service: 1
