Over all had a good experience... Food service is really good... Service from staff nice.. taste wise the good is yummy... Only the thing if they able to increase the food quantity a little bit .. then it will b over all awesome Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered Mutton Biryani through swiggy (Order ID 5958) and received Kushka instead. To our shock, we also found a piece of foil in the food. This raises a serious concern—it makes us feel like they may have served us leftover food from another customer. When we called the Thalapakatti manager, he casually said “sorry” without any sense of responsibility. For people like us who can’t always cook at home and rely on reputed brands for quality food, this kind of negligence is unacceptable. Food safety officers should inspect such places and take appropriate action. Food is a basic necessity, and it’s deeply upsetting to receive leftovers or compromised meals.
