Food was good and right quantity. The one star rating is for the delay in preparing the food and delivering. While the app said it's 30 - 35 mins for delivery, it took almost 1 hour and 15 mins for the food to be delivered. And most of the delay was in food preparation. Almost more than 2x times for preparation and delivery. Second, after all this delay, packing was awful. Was delivered in a paper bag that was almost torn and the food boxes were to get dropped. Fully soaked and tearing apart.
