Wanted to experience their andhra lunch today, poor serving, cold rice for andhra thali, thali items were cold. Have to ask for hot rasam. Manager came and asked for rating, said firstly have the basic serving of hot meals priority, he did not bothered, he just wanted to ask, no fix. Will avoid all thalapakatti chain. Please avoid the chain and just a waste of time n money. Bye bye. Any road side would be serving better. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst customer experience. Had ordered food for 10 via their website and their delivery partner called and reported the order is cancelled. The lady at the restaurant was so arrogant and egoistic started yelling at me stating it is not my problem and I will have to contact their delivery partner. Food was ordered via their website and they are not taking the responsibility of delivering even though of me repeatedly trying to explain she did not respond and was not answering any of my question. It's a big shame dunno how they recruit so badly behaved staff. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Don't place orders to Dindigul Thalappakatti Ashok nagar branch. Worst service. They are delivering the wrong item. There is no proper response from the Hotel management. Very very poor response such a worst experience i faced. I give rating to this Hotel Zero.
