Our large party of 13 had a very poor dining experience. The delivery time was nearly 90 minutes (1.5 hours), which is far too long. Out of the entire order, only the soup and naan were acceptable. The most concerning issue was the non-vegetarian food quality: the prawns were undercooked (half-cooked), and the biryani was inedible/a total disappointment. Furthermore, the kitchen seemed entirely disorganized, with chapatis taking an hour to arrive. The overall quality, especially for the vegetarian dishes, makes me suspect they were sourced from an external restaurant. Not worth the time or money. Don't place orders to Dindigul Thalappakatti Ashok nagar branch. Worst service. They are delivering the wrong item. There is no proper response from the Hotel management. Very very poor response such a worst experience i faced. I give rating to this Hotel Zero.
