I recently dined at the Dim Sum restaurant at the mall in Shimla, and unfortunately, it was a total letdown. I ordered the Veg Talumin Soup and Veg Noodle Soup, but to my surprise, both looked and tasted exactly the same – salty and utterly bland. There was no distinct flavor to either dish, just an overwhelming saltiness. For a place that seemed promising, the food was a major disappointment, and it felt like a waste of money.
