Aunty's in Middle Road, Shimla is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious and authentic Chinese food. The restaurant is small and unassuming, but the food is simply outstanding. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Aunty's and I was blown away by the quality of the food. I started with the chicken momos, which were perfectly steamed and filled with juicy chicken and spices. For my main course, I had the chilli chicken, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The sauce was flavorful and spicy, but not overpowering. I also tried the chow mein, which was cooked to perfection with al dente noodles and fresh vegetables.
