I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant today. I placed an order after having a detailed conversation with the staff about my specific requests from the menu. The staff confirmed everything, I made the payment, and went home, expecting the order to be exactly as we discussed. However, when the delivery arrived, I realized the quantity was significantly less than what I had ordered. I called to complain, but instead of acknowledging their mistake, they denied it. claiming that I had asked for a different menu, which was completely untrue. They went as far as making up a ridiculous excuse, saying I had requested a better quality, so they reduced the quantity. This was the first time I've encountered such unprofessional and dishonest behavior from a restaurant. I would strongly advise against trusting this place with your orders. They are clearly fooling people , and I will not be returning. Save your money and go somewhere that values customer service and honesty. I received a call today from the owner, who took the time to explain the entire situation thoroughly. As I mentioned before, the owner is genuinely good, and the food is still excellent. However, yesterday, the staff falsely claimed that the owner had spoken to me, which was not true. The owner assured me that strict action would be taken regarding this, and I really appreciate that. Overall, everything else is fine, and I’m satisfied with how things are being handled Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Thus is the best place I've ever came to.Its food is awesome and even when I'm writing this review I'm literally craving for the Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
