I ordered 5 Roti and 1 Dal Handi from Aroti Restaurant, Dhanbad (Order placed on 09 Oct, 3:50 PM, Amount ₹297.73).But the restaurant delivered stale, pre-cooked naan instead of fresh roti. It was clearly old and reheated, not fresh at all — which is unhygienic and unacceptable.Please check the attached photo for reference and initiate an instant refund for this order. The food quality and item delivered are totally wrong.Kindly resolve this issue urgently.Thank you.
