One of the best outlets in Pune. Had a great experience at Starbucks Pavilion Mall, and a big reason was Ananya. She was incredibly warm, patient, and professional, and made the whole visit feel welcoming rather than rushed. She handled my order smoothly, explained options clearly, and genuinely cared about getting things right and also about how I was doing that day. The starbucks on SB road is absolutely bad experience. Not only the coffee was bad but it took 15 minutes to place the order. Hopeless
