However, we’ve observed that in Pune, many guests prefer more farsan, whereas in Nashik and certain other regions, more matki is expected. That said, we always provide extra matki on request, and we’d love to serve it to your preference next time. As for the pricing, we appreciate the feedback. Our Bajirao Misal Thali is curated with authentic spices like lavangi mirchi, Sankeshwari mirchi, and खोबऱं-लसूण वाटण, along with accompaniments like curd, buttermilk, ghee, laddo, pan, extra farsan etc — and our prices reflect the quality, hygiene, and variety we aim to deliver.
