This is a very cozy place. Just opposite lane of Bhabanipur PS. Nearest metro: Jatin Das Park. We are very very happy with the food quality at a pocket friendly price. The interior is not so elegant. But again I repeat the taste of food is delicious. Service is good. Because of the Durga Puja the price of each dish is Rs. 10-20 higher than usual. Visited Denzong Kitchen and tried a couple of dishes, and I must say it was a satisfying experience. First up, the Kothey Chicken Momo (₹140) – absolutely the star of the meal. You get 6 pieces, and each one is generously stuffed with juicy chicken filling. What makes it stand out is how tender and flavorful the filling is, and when you dip it in their spicy sauce, the whole bite becomes a burst of flavor – spicy, juicy, and just plain delicious. For the price point, compared to other restaurants, this momo easily ranks at the top in terms of both quality and taste. I also ordered the Singapore Hakka Noodles Chicken (₹160). The portion size is pretty good and more than enough for one person. The noodles have a nice balance of flavor and are cooked well, but in comparison to the momos, they don’t hit the same level of excitement. They’re tasty, filling, and good value, but if I had to recommend one dish, it would definitely be the Kothey Momo. Overall, if you’re a momo lover, this place won’t disappoint. The momos are a must-try and honestly worth coming back for. Kothey Chicken Momo: 10/10 Singapore Hakka Noodles Chicken: 7/10 Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I have tried the food of Denzong Kitchen earlier by ordering through food delivery apps and my expectations were really high but after visiting the place I was so dissatisfied with the ambience and the service that I lost all interest in their food. Firstly they need to refurbish the dining area and change staffs. The dining area is on the mezzanine floor and there's water dripping through the false ceiling, the wash basin tap was not working properly, the tables were dirty and the counter looked clumsy. The place has only 2 persons to look after the guests / diners. We ordered jhol momo, one plate of egg chicken fried rice and chilli fish. Now after a few minutes one of the guys came rushing to ask whether we have had order rice or noodles. After getting the confirmation he rushed back to the kitchen shouting that we ordered rice, great, now when we recieved the plate on the table not a bit of egg was found in the rice only a few chunks of chicken was there on complaining both of them stood steady with astound faces and we were told they would redo the dish but we denied as we were really hungry. This poor quality of service and personnel must be changed. The quality and quantity of food served were really good. The jhol momo was a real surprise for us as we had never tried momos in a bowl of soup earlier and it tasted damn good. The fried rice also tasted good with chunks of fried chicken and veggies. The chilli fish was good and the fish was fresh, loved the taste. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
