Ordered food, restaurant cancelled the order. ₹400 went to delivor wallet. If i need to get tje money, I am forced to order again through them again. Is this a fair company? Beware.. They have given an arrogant reply. Your number of customers is not excuse for not responding to several requests by a customer on your business whatsapp. You are supposed to refund the amount in the original payment source and update the customer. Else you have to ask your partner restaurants not to cancel customers' orders after showing the dish as available.
