I had a very bad experience regarding the service at Deck of brews, Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru. Initially, we were pleased with the ambiance and considered it a great place to hang out. However, our experience took a shocking turn as the evening progressed.During our visit, a match was being telecast, and after CSK lost, we noticed a drastic change in the service attitude. At 10:45 PM, we were informed to place our last order, which we understood. However, what followed was unacceptable:Staff hurriedly cleared plates with unfinished food, despite us still dining.We were handed plastic glasses to pour our unfished drinks without any explanation.Within minutes, we were told to leave with any unfinished food and drinks, effectively being forced out of the restaurant.It wasn't just our table; we observed the same treatment being given to all the other guests as well.This kind of treatment is not only disrespectful but also unacceptable, especially in a city like Bangalore, where we have dined for over 15 years without such an experience. It was disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior from a place we had initially considered welcoming.
