Quality of poultry is pathetic, I would rate it zero. Chicken used seems to have aged for a year. Very fibrous lacks taste. Chicken tandoori: over sized chicken,charred Chicken kebab: over sized chicken, burnt. I think they try to over cook meat as the chicken is not tender and takes more time to cook.
