I'm disappointed to say that my recent dining experience at Darbar Restaurant was far from satisfying. While the restaurant's ambiance was indeed quite pleasant, the food fell short of my expectations. The dishes lacked the flavors and aromas that I typically associate with North Indian cuisine. The spices seemed muted, and the overall taste was bland and unremarkable. I sincerely hope that the restaurant takes steps to improve the quality of its food, as the ambiance alone is not enough to sustain a successful dining establishment.
